About the Role:
Are you passionate about environmental conservation? We're looking for an enthusiastic Erosion and Sediment Education Officer to spearhead our education program. You'll play a pivotal role in promoting best practices in Erosion and Sediment control for sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging education initiatives.
• Create compelling materials and activities to educate stakeholders on their legal responsibilities.
• Cultivate partnerships with industry stakeholders for impactful collaboration.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks, adhering to budgetary and strategic guidelines.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all activities.

About You:

• A degree in Environmental Management or related field.
• Proven experience in developing effective environmental education materials and programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A valid Class C driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.

Desirable:

• Prior experience in local government.
• Expertise in Erosion and Sediment control measures.
• Knowledge of relevant environmental legislation.
• Budget management experience.
