Role Purpose:
As a key player in our marketing team, you will work closely with the Strategic Marketing & Communications Lead to amplify ADP's presence and impact. Your role involves crafting innovative marketing materials, supporting visual storytelling, and enhancing our engagement with clients, partners, and the community. Your creative and strategic efforts will be crucial in maintaining our position as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy: Generate engaging content for various marketing channels, aligning with our brand voice and strategy.
Editing & Precision: Ensure content clarity and accuracy across all platforms, including social media, our website, and internal communications.
Collaboration & Innovation: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement creative content strategies.
Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of ADP events, providing memorable experiences.
Digital Presence Management: Oversee our social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
Brand Identity Implementation: Guide the development of corporate templates that reflect our brand's evolution.
Website Content Management: Keep our website fresh and reflective of our latest achievements.
Key Result Areas:
Marketing: Elevate ADP's market presence through strategic content creation and digital engagement.
Clients: Develop client-centric campaigns and materials to strengthen client relationships and retention.
Self-Management: Build professional relationships, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to business needs with a proactive mindset.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, communications, or content coordination, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to create compelling narratives.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, and familiarity with WordPress and digital marketing platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
