An exciting opportunity has opened for an ERP Business Analyst to join our enterprise. You will be a self-motivated and resourceful candidate with a genuine interest for Cloud ERP. You will work with a dynamic client base and have effective and innovative ways to tailor solutions to the needs of each of our clients.
In carrying out your role at Cloud Factory, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing enterprise resource planning which involves using integrated software applications to help companies organize and direct their key business functions.
- Performing research and identification of business requirements, specifying effective business processes through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, and procedures. Identify potential benefits, options for achieving these benefits through the development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks.
- Translating analysis results into meaningful, clear, and succinct technical specifications and requirements to demonstrate how insights derived from best practice methodologies have led to value-adding business outcomes.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of an organization's business practices and processes through investigations and analyses.
- Identifying errors or flaws in business/system methods and the development of improvement plans
- Providing timely, accurate, and appropriate responses to complex client issues by recognizing, researching, resolving, escalating, and following up.
- Staying up to date on upcoming upgrades and prepare in a timely manner. Assess all upgrade enhancements, resolve any issues, and provide feedback as necessary
- Assisting with continuous performance evaluation and training initiatives, as well as coordinate with team developers on improving current designs.
- Ensuring compliance initiatives are implemented and overseen by managing databases and executing reports.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT/Business related qualification (e.g. Computer Science and/or Business degree, MBAs also accepted)
- Relevant work experience of at least 2-3 years in an ERP consulting/analyst role
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills in combination with strong technical skills in cloud ERP software
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent worth ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
