About the role
GroundProbe, a leading global company in the field of technology solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful and timely implementation of the D365 ERP upgrade across all GroundProbe Global Business Units.

What you will be doing
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the D365 ERP upgrade, ensuring all project deliverables are met within the defined scope, budget, and timeline;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and Business Units, to gather requirements, develop project plans, and execute the upgrade;
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place to minimize any potential impact on project timelines and deliverables;
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, milestones, and key updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and business unit leaders;
- Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the upgraded ERP system across the organization;
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement, providing recommendations for future projects.
- Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering ERP implementations or upgrades;
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in D365 or similar platforms;
- Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in use of Azure DevOps;
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 FinOps;
- Knowledge of data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations;
- Working knowledge of underlying Microsoft technologies (SQL, data analysis, PowerBI, LCS);
- Proven success in the delivery and management of cross disciplinary, complex projects (e.g. ERP, Quote-to-Cash, Billing or Accounting systems) in a fast-changing environment.
