Theo Agelis Constructions are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to be a part of our close-knit office environment within the residential construction industry. This position has been created due to additional demand within our business.
The role encompasses a variety of duties and requires a person that is flexible in their approach and has effective time management skills to negotiate changing priorities.
Primarily, the successful applicant will assist the estimating team where full training will be provided and where there is real opportunity to grow and become an integral role in South Australia’s leading residential foundation company.
Liaising with builders/customers and staff, the applicant must be an excellent communicator with exceptional literacy skills and a pleasant approach when meeting and greeting both external and internal stakeholders.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Administration assistance to our Estimating & Construction team.
- Data entry/clerical tasks, plan printing, take offs.
- Creating excel spreadsheets and word documents.
- Backup to Reception
To be successful in securing an interview for this position, you ideally would have a proven background within the construction industry, however other applicants will be considered.
The successful applicant will excel in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team or autonomously.
The role is being offered on a permanent full-time basis. Secure, off-street car parking is provided at our office in Camden Park. Remuneration is based on experience.
