We're on the lookout for an outgoing, pragmatic individual who thrives on challenges and values teamwork. While experience in the areas mentioned above is advantageous, it may not be essential as our business operates across a broad spectrum within these realms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative, especially for email correspondence.

Familiarity with our online service management system, Aroflo, is beneficial, however, on-the-job training will be provided to learn this simple program. A pleasant telephone manner, coupled with stellar time management abilities, is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and takes ownership of their tasks. The ability to multitask and an openness to learning new skills are highly valued attributes. A cheerful and friendly disposition is a must, as our interactions with our internal teams, colleagues and subcontractors play a crucial role in our day to day operations.

Given the varied nature of the position, adaptability is key. While we are a small business with a dedicated full-time team, we liaise extensively with subcontractors across Western Australia via phone, email, and Aroflo. Candidates should be prepared to work independently or as part of a team, as circumstances require.

For the right candidate, an immediate start is available. You'll enjoy excellent working conditions at our newly constructed premises in Gnangara, where you'll have the opportunity to thrive and grow within our dynamic team.
