Job Description: As a Plumbing Manager / Scheduler at Plumbco Perth, you will play a pivotal role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with the Estimating Manager and Company Directors, contributing to project success. You will be entrusted with designing plumbing installations, meticulously managing labor and materials scheduling, expertly solving problems, and maintaining exceptional communication with clients, suppliers, and plumbers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a plumbing trade license in Western Australia
• Hold a gas license in Western Australia
• Proven experience in a similar role (training on our software provided)
• Proficiency in estimating and scheduling software
• Familiarity with BEAMS software is advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Proficiency in plumbing take-offs

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule new housing materials and allocate labor
• Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and plumbers to ensure impeccable outcomes
• Meticulously document plumbing designs for new houses
• Create and approve purchase orders for tapware fixtures and fittings
• Provide on-site support and engage in astute problem-solving
• Execute contract administration tasks with precision
