Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Estimator in the construction industry to join our reputable firm based in the heart of Sydney. As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, leveraging your expertise to accurately forecast costs and provide comprehensive proposals. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects, delivering excellence in quality and value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.
- Coordinate estimating teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address project challenges, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope or budget.
- Proactively address client concerns and inquiries, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to project management.
- Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and proactive communication. Team Leadership:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within the scaffolding sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Salay and Benefits
Base $150K | + Super 11% | + Bonus | + Car
