We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team based in our Hills Distract office. Looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Prior experience within the Remedial building industry (Project Managing and estimating) is required. Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary Qualified in Construction
- Minimum 2-3 + years previous experience estimating and project managing
- Remedial Building projects up to the value of $1m+ in the Sydney market
- Experience in preparing Quantities for complete facade remediation, balcony upgrades, rooftop and terrace waterproofing, structural brick and concreting repairs (Remedial), protective coating to complete buildings or other related Remedial Construction type activities.
- Thorough understanding of the Remedial Building process.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Understanding of general building terminology, building regulations, building codes of commercial demolition and fit-out process.
- Ability to interpret, calculate and review architectural plans.
- Ability to build and maintain quality relationships through careful and articulate communication.
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly KPI's.
- Understanding the role and importance of cost management.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage workload to achieve deadlines.
- Willing to take responsibility and grow within your role.

- Discussions with clients regarding pricing
- Project budgeting
- Periodic review and analysis of project performance
