We are working with a global law firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia, with a strong international presence. They are seeking a skilled and dynamic End User Computing Engineer to join their Desktop Support team supporting 640 users across Australia. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading law firm while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for 640 users in Australia, ensuring a seamless and efficient end-user experience
- Transition and support the migration to Microsoft Intune, taking a lead role in the implementation and ongoing maintenance
- Initiate and lead the development of the Standard Operating Environment, enhancing the infrastructure for optimal performance
- Mentor and up-skill the existing desktop support team to align with evolving technologies and best practices
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, contributing to a proactive and preventative support environment
- Provide support for audio-visual rooms and equipment, ensuring seamless functionality for meetings and presentations.
- Set up and configure meeting rooms to meet the technical requirements of legal professionals and clients
- Minimum 3 years of experience in helpdesk/desktop support
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the infrastructure space
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and desktop support technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
