We are currently looking to appoint a friendly & energetic full-time Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team.
The Role:
- Support the Sales team in all day-to-day business administrative needs
- Ensuring efficient and accurate handling of incoming enquiries
- Perform general office administration and data entry as required and other duties as required
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in the submission of tenders
- Participate in hotel site inspections & entertaining as needed
- Assist with guest correspondence in a timely fashion
- Accurate & clear communication and maintaining confidentiality is essential in this role
Ideally you will have:
- The initiative to go extra mile and adapt a strong can-do attitude with all tasks
- Knowledge of hotel operations & systems is preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently when required
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent personal presentation
