Event Crew & Warehouse Coordinator

Created By Clint is expanding in Sydney and we need a Event Setup crew leader & warehouse coordinator. It's a role with a lot of diversity, on the job training and never a dull moment.  

Created By Clint is an Event Design agency based in Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Perth with a large network of warehouse spaces and set design assets.

Event Setup Responsibilities:

• Creating Event Bump In documents 
• Understanding and maintaining the highest OH&S standards 
• Packing and unpacking trucks & deliveries 
• Setting up event activation across our network of event locations  
• Laying and cutting grass and floor coverings on site 
• Placing set pieces and drilling them together 
• Painting and touching up on site 
• Hanging florals, lights and cables 
• Cleaning and getting the site ready for hand over 

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Looking after the warehouse in Kirrawee, Sydney 
• Receiving incoming set designs, florals & soft furnishings  
• Maintaining a well ordered and organised warehouse at all times 
• Effective execution of all picking, packing and dispatching goods 
• Prepping & painting set design for new events 
• Upholding Created By Clint's operational standards and procedures
• Working alongside the builders, painters and crew to keep the space functional ready for the next event 
• Heavy lifting of up to 25kg
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment at all times in accordance with WHS standards and policies
• Putting together IKEA, Temple and Webster & flat packed furniture and bollards
• Picking up deliveries and dropping them to events and locations 
• Occasional van and ute driving to drop off assets
