Event Operations Manager | Hunter Valley | Up To $80K+S

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of event logistics and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, with a focus on operations, strong food & beverage knowledge, production, and execution. Working closely with the Executive Food and Beverage Manager & the sales & event planning team you will take ownership and leadership of all Event Operations to execute a memorable guest experience.

This role is not an office role, the job will see you being very hands on and on the floor coordinating suppliers, vendors, staffing etc.

• Experience in running Events end to end - at least 3-5 years experience minimum
• Strong knowledge of staff management with rostering to prepare for an event and on the day staffing
• Passion for delivering memorable and exceptional guest experiences.
• Stock management
• Ability to build working relationships
• High level of communication and negotiation skills; both verbally and written
• Exceptional personal presentation standards
• Ability to work pro-actively under pressure
• Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
• Excellent understanding of Conferencing, Weddings and Events
• Valid NSW driver's license, as well as own transport
• Current RSA Competency card
• Must be available to work a spread of hours across 7 days of the week
