Our focus is on connecting brands and organisations to their people through interactive, creative, and extraordinary exhibits, activations, and showrooms.

About the impact you will create:
Design, plan, implement and measure project scope, goals, and deliverables for events.
Effectively allocate project tasks and resources aligned with project expectations to the supplier chain.
Actively manage project budget and costs efficiently.
Ensure the quality of the project outcomes is delivered to a high level of workmanship.
Ensure a flexible and committed approach as the first point of contact for each Client on projects you lead.
Continuously monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Create a collaborative work environment where the team feels supported and empowered.
Deploy critical thinking to identify challenges and complexities within projects and team dynamics to establish best practice project objectives.
Implement purposeful solutions that drive improvements for the best possible outcomes for clients and the Cre8 business brand.
The Successful Candidate to be successful in the role, you will possess the following skills and attributes;
Proven experience within the Exhibition and Activation space
A commitment to client service and strong interpersonal skills
Proven track record of assisting in executing events
Experience in administrative aspects of meetings, including an understanding of supplier management
Coordinate and report on the financial status of projects including assisting with the management of event budgets, allocation of costs, processing of invoices and receipts, and other tasks as required.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and events/meetings efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication skills including experience in speaking to small and large groups and being the lead in important meetings, as face-to-face contact with clients is essential and you need to be a confident person.
Outstanding organisational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
Ability and willingness to do what is needed including, clear and clean spaces and participating in the delivery of last minute requests from client's.
Manage the CRM, to optimise our performance from our enquiry base
Strong account management: experience dealing directly with client's and meeting their needs.
Key Skills
A completed degree in a relevant field, for example, Project Management
Demonstrated experience in project management and techniques
Proficient in the following software and programs: Microsoft Office, Xero, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
Understanding of creative and design to interpret to the client throughout project management requirements
Interpersonal Skills
Willingness to work outside work hours during busy periods. (Compensated for with time in lieu)
Ability to communicate with a range of people from varying levels of seniority
Resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to work without supervision to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation and written communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Computer proficient with the ability to learn multiple programs
Outstanding skills in planning, organisation, teamwork, and negotiation

Prepare quality presentations and contribute to team meetings
Ensure supplier quotes are within budget for each project
