The Role
Reporting to the Senior Events Manager, your responsibilities will include;
- End-to-end coordination of annual national conference
- Planning and delivery of seminars, breakfast + dinner meetings, & industry events
- Planning and delivery of training sessions, workshops, courses, and elearning sessions
- Logistics and planning inc. guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, merchandise, design, PowerPoint presentations, programs, agendas, run sheets and course material.
- Drafting materials in support of education activities, events and activities
Skills and Experience
- Experience in event management / coordination
- Prior experience working with industry sponsors for events highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills + immaculate presentation
- High attention to detail
- Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills
- Must be able to work outside of standard business hours on occasion – ie; breakfast / dinner events
