About the role:
Our Learning and Innovation teams are dedicated to fostering continuous learning and innovation within the accounting and finance profession, with a primary focus on empowering our members to excel. Reporting our Education Systems Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational set-up and delivery of CPA Australia’s learning offerings across multiple systems. These include:
- Event Management System (EMS)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Learning Content Management System (LCMS)
Leading a team of 2, the key duties of the role include:
- Accurately manage product configuration and maintenance to enable purchase of products, including configuration of complex conferences
- Liaise with our Technology and Digital Solutions and external system vendors to continually improve systems and system-related processes
- Support system development and enhancement projects, working with staff to articulate business requirements and with Technology staff
- Provide product functionality and systems advice and guidance to other business units where appropriate
- Develop strong relationships internally and externally
- Develop and contribute to initiatives that drive improvement
About You:
- Proven system administration experience in Cvent event management
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements
- Experience in improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Ability to perform testing activities including identifying test scenarios
- Ability to document system changes and communicate these, including translating system functionality into business relevant language
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects
