Position SummaryThe Office Manager/Systems Administrator at BlueSphere Environmental will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our office environment. This position involves overseeing a range of administrative tasks, managing human resources functions, and maintaining asset registers. The Office Manager/Systems Administrator is instrumental in fostering a productive and organised workspace, supporting the company's mission to make the world a better place.
About the roleThe Office Manager/Systems Administrator will be assisting the Support Team and CEO in the day-to-day operations of the business. The role will be tasked with ensuring a functional office space, managing incoming enquiries, maintaining asset registers and quality management system (QMS), assisting in assignment of tasks and other duties as required across the administrative functions of the business.
Your skills and capabilities- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
- Formal qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not necessary.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Experience working with a Quality Management System would be viewed favourably.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- An enthusiastic nature, willingness to learn and interest in developing within the business.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
