Our client is a leading provider of food logistics solutions in Brooklyn, serving clients with efficient and reliable services. We are currently seeking a Mandarin-speaking Junior Office Admin to join our client's company.
As a Mandarin-Speaking Junior Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and providing excellent customer service to their clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance via phone and email
- Data entry and management tasks
- Importing and updating online orders data
- Processing deposits and banking transactions
- Assisting with other general duties as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in Office Administration or similar roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations is a plus
- Legally able to work in Australia
