Role Overview As the Events and Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of the organisation's events calendar and enhancing the experience of their Community. You will work closely with the Events Manager to execute a diverse range of events, including a large summit for community members in ANZ
Key Responsibilities
- General event coordination: Administration, run sheet creation, speaker and supplier coordination
- Maintaining the event management system (Humanitix): Event setup, attendee management, and reporting
- Email coordination: Triaging and responding to event-related enquiries
- Online event technical support: Setting up Zoom events, monitoring Q&A and chat, screen sharing
- Events cost coordination: Processing invoices and tracking budgets
- Summit Organisation: Supporting the successful delivery of this flagship event
- Communications and contact management: Updating event details across various platforms and systems
- Local events support: Assisting regional volunteer networks with event coordination
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technology platforms (Asana, Google Calendar, Google Drive experience is highly regarded)
- Attention to detail and critical-thinking abilities
- Solutions-focused and proactive approach
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
