ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Events and Experience Coordinator, you will manage state-based events from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, manage vendors, and handle budgetary responsibilities. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement.
DUTIES
- Plan and execute state-based events
- Manage facilities and guest services
- Engage with internal teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors for event services
- Handle budget management and financial documents
- Analyse post-event feedback for improvement
- Support broader event initiatives
- At least 2 year's event planning and execution experience.
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Budget management skills
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of the mortgage brokerage industry (preferred)
