The role will consist of a minimum of 30 hours work from home over 4 days up to full time. The role is as a casual but consistency of hours is assured based on your availability
The Role
- Outstanding data administrator required
- $33 - $40 per hour negotiable
- casual role but consistent work available over medium to long term if desired
- Immediate start
The role is diverse, dynamic and sometimes challenging. Responsibilities will include significant data entry and exporting data from databases and generating customised reports (using existing templates).

Training will be provided but the following skills and personal attributes are mandatory:
- 99% data entry accuracy. We measure accuracy across all databases and provide feedback from day 1
- Professional work ethic, integrity and honesty particularly given the work from home environment
- Unrelenting attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of emails and information in an effective and efficient manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The discipline and drive to follow directives through to completion
- Willingness and availability to commit to the role for a minimum of 18 months
The following skills and personal attributes are an advantage:
- Aptitude to work within, while continuously improving, established procedures/systems
- High level excel skills including the ability to create formula with 100% accuracy
- The ability to identify and deal with issues proactively
- Problem solving skills within a broader whole of organisation context
