The Role: The Executive Administrator is pivotal in supporting our daily business operations and ensuring organisational efficiency. This role involves administrative coordination, ensuring seamless office operations, and providing direct support to the Director to enhance business effectiveness. The position provides the flexibility of a hybrid arrangement, allowing for a combination of working both from home and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and file customer data, including energy invoices and contract information.
- Assist in the tender and contract process, including preparing and sending reports & proposals.
- Handle daily administrative tasks like managing schedules, correspondence, and records.
- Support the Director as the first point of contact, managing communications and scheduling.
- Coordinate company events and meetings, and manage project-related activities.
- Facilitate financial tasks, including bookkeeping and invoicing.
- Engage in social media management and content creation to enhance brand awareness.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in administrative roles at the executive level.
- Proficient in office software (e.g. Google Workspace, Salesforce CRM).
- Advanced skills in managing relationships with key stakeholders and effective networking.
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
- Strong problem-solving, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in bookkeeping, project coordination, and team collaboration.
- Desirable skills include social media management, content creation, and financial acumen.
Education:
- A Business Administration Degree or Certificate is preferred.
- Proficiency certifications in relevant software are beneficial.
