We are looking for a passionate and proactive Personal Assistant/ Team Coordinator to support our CEO and executive team at our Ballarat head office. What will you need to do?
CEO and board Support:Efficiently manage the CEO's diary and travel arrangements. Prepare / collate monthly Board Reporting Packs, Quarterly Board packs and sub committee reporting
Prepare documentation for respective sub committees as required
Support leadership team with the preparation of strategic documents and plans
