As an Executive Assistant you will provide key support to the Director and become a ‘go-to’ person for support across the team.
The Role
Working as part of a supportive and tight-knit team, you will be responsible for providing day to day support to the director. Providing a range of administrative support to the Director, this hand on and dynamic role will suit an exceptional multitasker who can use their initiative to ensure each day runs seamlessly. This role will be responsible for typical Executive Assistant tasks including complex diary management and travel coordination, however, will also see the successful candidate managing high-level reporting and communications. A keen eye for detail and impeccable written and verbal communication skills is important.
The Like Mind
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or senior administrative position. Experience in office administration across architecture, engineering, construction or property is highly desirable but not essential. You will have sound analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication skills to drive a team and uphold an exceptional workplace culture. You will possess the ability to be adaptable and ready to manage priorities as changes appear within the office. Exceptional time management and organisational skills will come naturally to you, including the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently. The ideal individual will possess a can-do attitude and will become a truly vital team member within the company.
