PKL Recruitment are searching for an experienced EA to work for one of our most professional, exciting and rewarding Sydney clients. You will be joining an amazing company that is going through a busy period of growth. You will be working closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth running of her day to day operations. This role is 5 days in the office (Sorry, no WFH).
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to all general EA duties daily such as (but not limited to): Diary Management, Email management, Appointment setting, Travel arrangements, Minute taking, Report writing
- Expense Management
- Proactive, reliable and forward thinking in regards to coordinating inbound and outbound correspondence in a professional and timely manner, including preparation of briefs and responses as required
- Co-ordinate personnel reporting to Managing Partner for meetings
- Liaise with all levels of staff internally when a project is running
- Collaborate with other EA’s in the business in relation to projects, Board-related activities and as well as general administrative support
- Database management and regular maintenance (Internal database)
QUALIFICATIONS (Not essential but highly regarded):
- Business administration related degree, diploma, certificate or any other qualification in related discipline (Executive Assistant, office management, business administration, computing or similar)
- Minimum 3 years experience as an EA
- Capacity and confidence to develop and manage client relationships on all levels
- Exceptional level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness in all confidential matters
- Proven track record in a broad range of industries and sectors including public and private entities in including multinationals
