Who you are?

Humanforce is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to cover a 12-Month Maternity leave period for our CEO. In this true "right hand man/woman" position, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive administrative support and coordinating strategic initiatives for the CEO while working closely with the executive leadership team (ELT) and their Team Assistant who reports into this role.

What you will do?

  • Complex calendar management working across multiple time zones, and various stakeholders.
  • Drive the successful execution of event coordination, office festivities and culture initiatives.
  • Meeting preparation, including company all-hands, quarterly business reviews, and Board meetings.
  • Manage ongoing and outstanding tasks for the CEO.
  • Being across and assisting with matters of a highly confidential nature.
  • Work as a sound board to strategise and bounce ideas off, ensuring those ideas are implemented.
  • Maintaining relationships with both domestic and international customers.
  • Information preparation for both internal and external distribution.
  • Display professionalism and confidence while working with high priority stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Work across different areas of the business and understand how to filter information at an executive level.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments, making sure your CEO is prepared and where they need to be.

What you will need?

  • Organisational Skills and Prioritisation: Exhibit strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and filter critical information effectively.
  • Decision-Making and Interpersonal Understanding: Use judgement and intuition in decision-making, anticipating the CEO's needs, and adapting to multiple leadership styles across the organisation.
  • Effective Communication: Phenomenal written and verbal skills, fostering effective interpersonal interactions with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail and Precision: Display attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and creating well-documented materials through thorough proofreading and editing skills.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Demonstrate discretion in executive support, handling sensitive information with the greatest confidentiality and professionalism.
