A leading Australian private equity firm is looking for a motivated and driven individual to directly assist the Executive Director and their team.
Title:Executive Assistant
Role: 6–12-month fixed term contract (3 days/week)
Location: Sydney, CBD
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Fintech, this role entails:
- Assisting in day-to-day tasks such as assist in transaction chasing documents, organise meetings and post-transaction organisation
- Manage incoming enquiries and requests for time and information
- Manage calendar of appointments to effectively allocate the team’s time and ensure all associated documentation is available as required
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, grant applications and publications
- Prepare, provide support for and attend various meetings, and organises travel and accomidations
- Processing of financial payments and expense reimbursements
- Contributes to strategic planning of the team
- Implement appropriate filing and other office procedures to facilitate a highly organised and smoothly functioning division
- Assist and collate AML/KYC investor documentation, responsible for services delivery objectives, such as investor on boarding and portfolio management
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in business and/or administration
- Experience in an administration role supporting a multi-disciplinary team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees and management
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy with a strong focus on quality of work
