The opportunity
PKF New England North West are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Administration team in Tamworth NSW. The position is being offered as a 12 month contract, however, there is the potential for further employment at the end of the contract for the right candidate.

About you
- Ideally at least 12 months experience within an office administration environment.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of confidence and competence in dealing with clients
- High level of integrity and a team player
- Able to use initiative and be pro-active
- Professional presentation and demeanour
- Microsoft office experience
About the role:
Each day will offer a different challenge as you provide high level administrative support to both Partners and team members to ensure the delivery of a quality service.
Specific tasks could include, but are not limited to:
- Receive and screen telephone calls for Professional staff ensuring relevant messages are passed on, liaising with clients including assisting with queries as necessary.
- Formation, and on-going maintenance, of client relationships.
- Liaise with clients including obligation requirements and reminders on behalf of the professional staff.
- Track and prioritise workflow for the Partner and the professional staff working closely with team members to ensure lodgement deadlines for their dedicated team are achieved.
- High level administrative support including proof reading, editing and finalisation of documents, use of standard templates, correcting grammar and spelling as required.
- Comply with PKF administration standards and procedures.
- Develop a solid understanding of business unit functions across the firm.
- Deliver high quality internal and external client service in line with PKF’s philosophy.
- Attend relevant training sessions.
