Larvotto Resources Ltd is an ASX-listed junior exploration company based in Nedlands, Western Australia. The company operates exploration projects in Queensland, West Australia, and New Zealand and has recently acquired the Hillgrove Mine in NSW. The company is multi-commodity based, exploring copper, gold, antimony, cobalt, lithium, and rare earths.
With significant upcoming plans for our projects, we seek an enthusiastic individual with previous experience within an exploration company, to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The role offers a variety of responsibilities, ranging from typical office administration activities to an active involvement in the company's marketing, investor relations, and operational activities.
Qualifications & experience
- Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3 years' experience with a publicly listed company (mineral exploration exposure preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to pick up tasks in appropriate timeframe.
- Highly developed business and personal communication.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to appropriately interact across a broad audience of internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Management of office facilities including co-ordination of IT services and equipment.
- Assistance with the company's marketing, including maintenance of the company's social media, website content and promotional material.
- Assistance with the preparation (formatting and proofing) of documents, announcements, reports, presentations and marketing materials.
- Co-ordination of travel, road-shows and conference presentations.
- Assistance to the Managing Director and COO.
- Assistance with communications directed to the Managing Director and COO.
- Diary management and scheduling with internal and external contacts.
- Supporting all members of the team where required.
- General office administration duties.
