In this position you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO. This role requires an experienced professional who can demonstrate high level problem solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all they do; which includes administration coordination, document review and preparation, calendar and email/document management, effective time management and acting as the ‘go to’ for all things relating to the executive.
Role responsibilities
- Provide end to end support with email and diary management
- Schedule meetings, effectively identifying and escalating any key priorities as required
- Engage professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships as a key point of contact within the CEO office
- Provide high level support with Board Meetings and various Committee Meetings - creating agendas, collating meeting packs, etc
- Preparation of high quality reports, submissions, presentations and drafting of routine correspondence
- Manage and assist with confidential business matters
You will be comfortable working in a small, tight-knit team and be a passionate collaborator and communicator.
- Robust experience in providing efficient support to C-suite leaders as well as Previous experience of working with Directors and Boards and providing meeting support.
- Technologically savvy with an intermediate - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication style – the ability to tailor this style to different levels of stakeholders.
- A solution-focused, proactive work-style, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail (and keep relevant parties up to date).
- Demonstrated experience displaying confidentiality and professionalism.
