We are an Australian-owned tech Services Provider, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland. We have ~400 staff focusing on four technology areas – Cloud, Cyber Security, Data and Digital workflows. We support our customers at every step of their technology journey, from Design, Build, Run and Resource.

A little bit about the role
  • Organising and prioritising the CEO's schedule, including diary management and meeting coordination
  • Providing administrative support, including handling legal and commercial documentation
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Managing all communication channels, including email, phone, and written correspondence
  • Safeguarding confidential information with discretion
  • Undertaking ad hoc projects and tasks
  • Ensuring documents and presentations adhere to the AC3 brand/style guidelines
  • Handling credit card reconciliation and management
  • Representing the CEO's brand internally and externally
  • Participating in the Culture Committee and supporting their activities as required
