Our client is paving the way for a greener future by leading Australia’s largest renewable energy project, a $13bn mega-hydro project in regional NSW. At its core, this magnificent initiative harnesses the power of nature to generate electricity, utilizing a network of dams, tunnels and power stations to store and release water across varying elevations to promote sustainability.
Responsibilities:
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join our clients project team.
- To excel in this position, you should be skilled at handling numerous competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
- Develop agendas, attend and record minutes of team meetings as required
- Prepare, collate and distribute various reports, Executive and Board papers, ensuring all information is gathered and managed to timeframes
- A proactive and optimistic attitude towards assisting new project team members during onboarding, managing staff accommodations, and coordinating training needs
- Well refined organizational skills who enjoys multitasking and being part of a tightly knit team
Skills & Requirements:
- Either a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent industry experience.
- A minimum of 5 years experience providing high level administrative support to Senior Managers, preferably in the civil construction, utilities, or a related industry
- Proficient in MS Office, experience in Google Suite would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills. The ability to proactively communicate with individuals at all levels in an informative, accurate, and positive manner is crucial
- The ability to identify issues, problems, and opportunities; make timely decisions; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and seek assistance when necessary.
- Driver's Licence (essential)
