We work especially in railways, industry training across sectors and pre-engineering - this means we help clients get the design of the future right and get stakeholders on board for approvals and progression for projects like Suburban Rail Loop, Gold Coast Light Rail, train stations and Level Crossing Removals - right down to community swimming pools.
About the role:
• You will work with the executive level to set up meetings, organise the talent, engage with clients and prospects, keep the wheels turning and keep everyone at their best performance.
• You will be great with people with a graceful demeanour as a front facing EA working with the brilliant team supporting the conversations with mega-clients from engagements, documentation, filing, preparation, travel, appointments and all support elements.
• You will be incredibly organised and efficient, able to multi-task and keeping 100 plates spinning.
• You will love the dynamism and intellectual stimulation of a team of professionals working to major clients and very complex jobs and challenges.
• You will be engaging and talking to some of the smartest leaders in the market, driving multi-billion future-shaping projects and you will love the thrill of making better places.
