Established in 2016 Gold Coast Private Hospital is a 339 bed, 22 operating theatre facility located in Southport, the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct.
Specialities include; 24/7 Emergency Care Centre, Medical, Orthopaedic, Bariatric, Neurosurgical, Plastics, ENT & General Surgical, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care and Oncology. As the Executive Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative assistance to the Director of Nursing and Leadership team
Coordinate extensive diary management, ensuring daily commitments are appropriately prioritised and meet the priorities of the business imperatives.
Managing the credentialing for over 1,000 medical and allied health practitioner
Managing the busy executive reception desk including answering and redirecting phone calls, and greeting customers
Coordinating meetings including managing agendas, minutes and action plans, meeting rooms, room set up and catering
Attending meetings as required in the capacity of minute taker
Managing the hospital's meetings rooms
Relieving the Senior Executive Assistant as required
Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated administrative experience in a busy and professional environment
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with minutes and action plans
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- High level attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Outstanding customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
