This is a Hybrid Work-from-Home/Perth CBD role, that requires requires fast-moving organisational skills. Working with a fun team of EAs, the daily solving of curve-balls from clients, stakeholders, airlines and hotels will come as second nature - and your input to venue/travel choice will be highly appreciated! In general, the responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management support for 3 Partners
- Schedule and rearrange meetings often across multiple time zones with multiple participants
- Prepare any necessary paperwork and materials for meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Organise and coordinate visas and other travel documentation as required
- Prepare and compile travel itineraries including relevant paperwork required
- Prepare and submit Executive’s expenses and timesheets
To be eligible for this role you will need:
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills & experience
- High attention to detail
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, resilient, and with a good sense of humour
