The Agency:
Talent Run is pleased to be working with an independent creative and PR agency based in South Melbourne. We are searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
The Role:
- Inner city Melbourne
- Full time. 3-4 days in the office.
- Reporting to the CEO
- $85,000-$95,000 inc superannuation
Responsibilities include:
Executive Support
Act as the CEO's running mate. Work with the CEO and key senior execs to be more efficient and to execute business priorities including:
- Management meetings: Setting the agenda, taking minutes, actions and follow-up
- Comms: Help with the distribution of internal and external information
- Marketing support: Client events, marketing initiatives. (This would not include running social channels or agency PR)
- Pipeline development: Assist in setting up meetings for the CEO, managing the client/prospects database, and developing first drafts of credentials and new business presentations
- Brand/event initiatives: Our Good Chats series, Lunch & Learns etc
- Diary management
- Inbox: Be a second pair of eyes on the CEO’s inbox.
- Special Projects: many and varied
Agency Support
- Liaising with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
- Creation and maintenance of all internal office templates
- Purchasing and maintenance of inventory; office and kitchen/food supplies
- Maintenance of the smooth running of the office environment
- Scheduling executive travel
- Managing interns and an internship program
- Contributing to the onboarding of new staff
- Supporting the leadership team with team events (offsites), rewards and gifts
- Supporting the leadership team with staff culture initiatives
You’ll have…
- 5+ years experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems and be resourceful
- Good PPT and Excel skills
- A good sense of humour
- An appetite to hustle with the CEO and get s&%t done.
