We are seeking a switched-on Executive Assistant who can come on board and support this Director by ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of their daily activities.

The Position:

In the role of Executive Assistant (EA), you will work closely with a successful Director. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage appraisal to list processes and sales to settlement processes using shared checklists
  • Create sales pre-list kits, listing presentation property proposals, marketing quotes and auction calendars for agents
  • Prepare sales agency agreements for vendor and agent to sign via Docusign
  • Prepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are met
  • Coordinate agent attendance for photography, floor plan, copywriting, virtual tours/ photo montages, and stylists for each property (as required)
  • Coordinate and attend pest and building inspections, valuations and trae appointments
  • Upload and manage all sales properties onto the internet using CRM (agent box)
  • Monitor and maintain all listing on their website and other online platforms

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the role of EA will have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
