We are seeking a switched-on Executive Assistant who can come on board and support this Director by ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of their daily activities.

The Position:
In the role of Executive Assistant (EA), you will work closely with a successful Director. Responsibilities include:
- Manage appraisal to list processes and sales to settlement processes using shared checklists
- Create sales pre-list kits, listing presentation property proposals, marketing quotes and auction calendars for agents
- Prepare sales agency agreements for vendor and agent to sign via Docusign
- Prepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are met
- Coordinate agent attendance for photography, floor plan, copywriting, virtual tours/ photo montages, and stylists for each property (as required)
- Coordinate and attend pest and building inspections, valuations and trae appointments
- Upload and manage all sales properties onto the internet using CRM (agent box)
- Monitor and maintain all listing on their website and other online platforms
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the role of EA will have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
