Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional communication, customer service and organisational skills?
If so, you could be the person our client’s looking for to provide support to their Executive Director & National Sales Manager.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director & National Sales Manager, among other things, you’ll coordinate and take minutes for board and subcommittee meetings, manage board correspondence, posting agendas and actions. You’ll also provide administrative support as required and respond swiftly and precisely to clients’ needs.
You’ll come into the role with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and you’ll manage all emails with ease, prioritising and diarising important correspondence.
In addition to diary management, your many other demonstrated strengths will include brilliant time-management and organisational skills.
While you’ll possess experience in administrative support, you’ll possess a growth mindset, enabling you to adapt, hone and grow your skills.
