The NSW Reconstruction Authority are currently recruiting for Executive Assistants to Finance and Communication divisions within our organisation.
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from managing calendars and coordinating meetings to providing strategic advice and implementing key initiatives.
We are looking for someone with
- Proven experience in an executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and complex relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion, with the abilities to handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity.
