An exciting opportunity to join a boutique consultancy firm in this newly created role. Primarily supporting the CEO and Co-Founder with some ad-doc assistance to the wider Senior Leadership Team.
As the sole EA in the business, this role will be highly varied with lots of client engagements as well as maintaining the day-to-day smooth running of the office.

The Role:
- Diary management for the CEO and Co-Founder, schedule meetings as required and organise necessary documents and materials;
- Inbox management, action or address appropriate emails, flag high priority and important emails;
- Organise all travel arrangements, book and coordinate all necessary travel components in collaboration with an external agent;
- Manage all administration for Board Meetings and Executive Leadership Meetings -agenda's, board papers, minutes and action points etc;
- Event management for internal and client events and coordination of company off-sites;
- Maintain the office, order supplies and manage supplier relationships; and
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the wider Senior Leadership Team as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have several years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate setting
- Ability to pivot and adapt to the everchanging needs of a small growing business
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to interact with C-Suite stakeholders
- Proactive problem solver who looks to remain a step ahead
