We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Product Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation. You will also need high attention to detail, initiative, excellent communication and love digital systemising and working with a team to achieve outcomes.
With our main office and warehouse located in Yarrawonga, and our Product Manager largely based in Albury, this hybrid full-time role will be a work from home position in the Albury/Wodonga region and will involve weekly travel to Yarrawonga when required.

About the role - Responsibilities:
- Manage the Product Manager's calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- General movement of development samples and marketing/promotional samples (purchasing, collating, sending, receiving), including movement between Yarrawonga and Albury as needed
- Assist in communicating and collating feedback on product to the product team (product development inclusive of lab dip approvals, pre production approvals, quality, look and feel feedback, FOB cost approvals)
- Assist in coordinating communication of key timings of product movements (samples, stock due date, dates impacting launch) to the wider TPP team
- Attend meetings and follow up with documentation, communication and tasks arising from the meeting
- Make efficiency gains in systemising workflows within the Product and Warehouse Teams
- Manage and prioritise incoming emails, tasks and other requests
- Manage Asana inboxes
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Liaise across departments to gather and report on critical information
- Organise and systemise tasks and processes for continued growth and development across our teams

You need:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- To be located within Australia with VISA rights
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- To enjoy digital systemising and organising
