As the Executive Support Officer, you will be the driving force behind the smooth day-to-day operations of their 20-seat office located in the bustling Honeysuckle precinct of Newcastle. Your expertise will extend beyond traditional office management as you provide invaluable Executive Support to a team of 8 executives and managers, with the backing of a shared services team in other states of Australia.

Your New Job:
- Efficient Office Operations: Manage the nuts and bolts of the office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from scheduling appointments to overseeing office supplies.
- Executive Support: Be the right-hand person to executives and managers, assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements, presentations, and correspondence.

- Tech Savvy: Manage the company SharePoint, document management system, website, databases and other digital tools, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

What You Bring:
- Previous experience in office management or Executive Support roles.
