Exciting opportunity to work for a Commercial Construction company who have established themselves as a major player in the tier 3 civil and Commercial Construction sector over the past two decades.
Working as an integral part of the office, this is a fantastic opportunity to provide high level support to two Directors as well as providing administrative support and office management across the organisation
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- First point of contact for the Director's via email and phone in the office
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Minutes of meetings
- Manage office supplies
- Maintaining office
- Event Management
- Providing administrative support to the Directors wider project teams
- Assist with tender submissions where required (InDesign advantageous)
Experience working in the Construction and Property industry advantageous.
