Job description

Exciting opportunity to work for a Commercial Construction company who have established themselves as a major player in the tier 3 civil and Commercial Construction sector over the past two decades.

Working as an integral part of the office, this is a fantastic opportunity to provide high level support to two Directors as well as providing administrative support and office management across the organisation
  
Duties will include, but not be limited to;

  • First point of contact for the Director's via email and phone in the office
  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Preparation of presentations and reports 
  • Minutes of meetings
  • Manage office supplies 
  • Maintaining office
  • Event Management
  • Providing administrative support to the Directors wider project teams
  • Assist with tender submissions where required (InDesign advantageous)
We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role. If you have previous experience as a PA/EA or Office Coordinator/Manager, with strong MS Office and looking for a new challenge then I’d love to hear from you.
Experience working in the Construction and Property industry advantageous.
