An exciting opportunity exists to join this global Project Management consultancy.
Working as an integral part of the organisation, this is a fantastic opportunity to provide high level support to allow these Directors to focus on strategy and growth across the sectors they specialise in.
This role is a well rounded position that will work closely with a supportive administration team as well as specialists within Submissions and Marketing where required.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Diary/email management and travel arrangements
- Preparation of presentations
- Assisting with Submissions (InDesign sought after)
- Work collaboratively with the Directors to ensure they have the resources to execute new business strategies
- Formatting documententaion
- Event management
Experience working in a project based industry ie. Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property would be advantageous.
