Executive Assistant - Construction

An exciting opportunity exists to join this global Project Management consultancy.

Working as an integral part of the organisation, this is a fantastic opportunity to provide high level support to allow these Directors to focus on strategy and growth across the sectors they specialise in.

This role is a well rounded position that will work closely with a supportive administration team as well as specialists within Submissions and Marketing where required.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Diary/email management and travel arrangements
• Preparation of presentations
• Assisting with Submissions (InDesign sought after)
• Work collaboratively with the Directors to ensure they have the resources to execute new business strategies
• Formatting documententaion
• Event management

We are looking for someone with previous experience as an EA, with strong business acumen, coupled with MS Office and Adobe InDesign skills. Demonstrated experience in understanding and assisting with submissions is a must.
Experience working in a project based industry ie. Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property would be advantageous.
