Ideally suited to an experienced, highly efficient and proactive individual, this full time position will report to the General Manager – Western Victoria and Branch Manager. With a demonstrated capacity to provide high level executive support in a professional and confident manner, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a values driven organisation, performing a pivotal role in the success of our Senior Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager’s & Branch Manager’s diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel and identifying actions and priorities
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees
- Event Management and coordination, including staff wellbeing programs
- Brief the Managers on key matters, ensuring adequate preparation by providing appropriate documentation as required
- Provide confidential administrative support on key projects and strategic initiatives
- Reconcile personal expenses in a timely manner and in accordance with Finance Department requirements
- Coordinate Team events, overseeing event arrangements and collating presentation content to ensure a high level of execution
- Monitor and follow up on Manager’s accountabilities, acting as a key contact for queries and resolutions across the team
- Provide additional support to the broader executive team if and when required

To be successful, you will have:
- Proven capability providing administrative executive level support
- Previous experience with project management support desirable
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure
- Energetic, proactive and an ability to influence outcomes and work autonomously
- Confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
- Business Administration qualification/certification desirable
