Executive Assistant Needed

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to start ASAP in a Mount Druitt NSW location for a Full-time position.

• Ability to attend meeting in some regional locations - Must be willing to travel.

Must have the following skills & Qualifications:

• Driver's license
• Police Check
• Working with children check
• Immunisations Record - Covid vaccinated. 
• Certificate 4 in Business - Highly regarded.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Executive role
• Work within strict confidentiality guidelines.
• Must have the ability to work independently with excellent communication, time management and organisational Skills.
• Ability to organise CEO and CEO Deputy Calendars & Itineraries.
• Computer/Office Administration Skills - Microsoft Office.
• Administrative support to the executive Managers and other staff.
• Organise meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of respect for and compliance with culturally appropriate ways of working with Aboriginal individuals, families and communities.
