As their Executive Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to their executive team, playing a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be at the heart of our organization, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
The Role:
- Co-Manage agents Diary
- Manager full listing to settlement and post-settlement process
- Data Entry, Managing enquiry & liaison with all internal & external clientele
- Fast-paced role!! Managing on average 7-10 properties at a time!
- Great culture & vibrant team environment
- Prepare for listing presentations & market analysis research
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
- Consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council and solicitors, to ensure the smooth progress of sale
- Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs & original contracts

- Must have similar experience in an EA/ PA/ Sales Coordinator role within Real Estate
- HIGH attention to detail & great time management skills
- Must hold a Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate Licence
- Required to have a current driver's Licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
- Paying up to $100k + lucrative comms past probation!
