Reporting to the Executive Director, in this Executive Assistant contract, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative and clerical support services to meet the strategic and operational functions of the business unit.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of business systems practices which deliver effective outcomes within the business.
- Email inbox and calendar management.
- Respond to and effectively resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Preparing presentations, organising agendas and providing high-level secretariat support to the Executive.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Executive Assistant role.
- Previous experience in a large and fast-paced organisation is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
