We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to enable administrative and operational support for our Payments Domain Lead and Tech Area Leads. Our mission in Payments Technology is to deliver innovative payment solutions, providing seamless offering for our customers with timely and cost-effective delivery, availability and operational efficiency. This is supported by a team of 1600+ people across various geographies.
The responsibilities of this role include (but not limited to):
- Diary management, scheduling meetings to best support and enable working in an agile environment
- Proactively keep on top of deadlines and coordinate with teams to make sure deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist to keep up data repositories, documents and content collaboration sites up to date.
- Contribute to positive culture through collaborating, arranging and/or coordinating events
- Managing costs, expenses, travel, catering, functions, property and technology needs
- Travel arrangements - flight, visas and accommodation bookings, ensuring cost effectiveness (once travel resumes in post COVID-19 environment)
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent opportunity (40 hours/week)
