Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will support the CEO and COO in the daily operations of our national business from our Head Office in Traralgon, Victoria. The ideal candidate will be a high achiever with a strong work ethic, an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to progress into senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive team in daily business operations.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO.
- Provide facilities support across all locations.
- Assist head office departments when short-staffed.
- Address staffing issues as they arise.
- Ensure efficient scheduling of services across multiple sites.
- Assist in the setup of new locations.
- Handle routine tasks and customer issues, escalating high-priority items as necessary.
- Weekly reporting of business statistics.
- Procurement of equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Identify best practices for more effective and efficient systems and procedures.
- Maintain customer service standards.
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and hazard-free environment for staff, complying with PhysioChoice Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or relevant work experience.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in Strategy and Project Management within a leadership team.
Aptitude of all head office functions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs.
Aptitude for learning new software packages, including automation and AI software.
High degree of accuracy and record-keeping.
Ability to work in a team environment and with limited supervision.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Understanding of facilities issues and troubleshooting.

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
